12 November 2026 – Learn how to make traditional Sushi
Learn how to make your own sushi using traditional Japanese techniques. Under the guidance of a professional sushi chef, you’ll discover the basic techniques for cutting sashimi and making maki and uramaki, before putting together a final platter that’s as elegant as it is delicious. A workshop brimming with technique and creativity, ideal for refining your skills and your palate.
The program:
- Sashimi cutting: hirazukuri (thick slices) & sogizukuri (diagonal slices)
- Preparation of classic maki (nori on the outside)
- Preparation of classic uramaki (rice on the outside)
- Creation of a signature uramaki
- Final plate presentation

- Sushi Workshop - SOLO (valid for 1 person): ideal for individual registration.
- Sushi Workshop - DUO (valid for 2 people): perfect for coming as a pair (colleagues, partners, chef friends) and sharing the experience together at a great price.
2. Proceed with the registration
Once you have chosen your package, complete the online registration form and confirm your booking. You will then receive a confirmation email with all the practical information (date, location, times, equipment).
3. Enjoy your workshop
On the day, please arrive at the Japanese Cuisine Academy with your registration confirmation received by email, and then allow yourself to be carried away by a moment of learning and sharing in a friendly atmosphere.
